The Palazzo

Here, in the place where medieval architecture meets the classical style of the 19th century, there is a Palazzo with remarkable features.

The two façades, overlooking Via dei Calzaiuoli and Via Orsanmichele, are of 19th century origin. Whereas, in those facing Vicolo dell’Onestà and Piazza dei Tre Re, it is possible to find traces of the 14th century Torre dei Macci with its distinctive stone façade.

Palazzo Calzaiuoli is a unique building, where the elegance of bygone times has been reinterpreted according to the demands of contemporary life.

The Palazzo

Living in Palazzo Calzaiuoli

Radiance and release.

The renovation work has restored light and space to the communal areas of the Palazzo, giving new life to the original 19th century layout.

The entrances of the eleven residences face on to a luminous staircase.

Light emperador flooring and an imposing
white Carrara marble staircase: the choice of materials for these areas is inspired by the
Church of Orsanmichele, with details that are typical of Florentine palazzos like the dark metal balustrade, the light cornices and the ivory patina.
